01 · Why You're Here

There's a part of you that never switches off.

What's really running you at half — and why more discipline was never the fix.

There's a part of you that never fully switches off. It plans. It optimizes. It keeps every plate spinning so nothing falls apart. Call it the controller — it's kept you successful, and it's quietly running you at a deficit.

You feel it at the end of the day when you can't come down. In the tightness that won't leave your chest. In the way you're in the room with your wife and kids but not really there. Your body's been asking to rest for years. The controller says there's no time.

Underneath it isn't laziness — it's fear that if you let go, it all comes apart. Most of that got wired in long ago, watching the men who raised you. This isn't a mindset problem, and you won't read your way out of it. It lives in the body. That's where we go.

Four days. One small circle of men. The wilderness, the fire, and the work that finally lets you put the controller down.

02 · The Fit

This is for you if.

Ten to fifteen men, hand-selected. Read this list. If it lands somewhere below your ribs, you already know.

01
You feel there's a higher purpose on your life, and you're tired of the ways you avoid it.
02
You've won on paper — and something underneath still won't settle.
03
You've read the books, done the courses, watched the videos. You know the concepts cold. You're not living them, because the work was never in your head.
04
Things with your partner are good, not great — and somewhere you know the ceiling is you.
05
You want to lead your family, your business, your community — and you know you can't take anyone further than you've gone yourself.
06
You're ready to be honest with yourself in a way you haven't let yourself be in years.
03 · The Return

You leave a different man.

What men carry home when the controller finally goes quiet.

01

Your wife notices before you say a word.

02

You sleep deep again — and the ideas the pressure was strangling start moving.

03

Real energy, not borrowed from caffeine and adrenaline. Desire for your partner and your life, back online.

04

A man you respect when you meet your own eyes in the mirror.

05

Kids who get a father who's actually there — not just in the room.

06

Brothers you can call at 2 a.m., and a plan to keep this alive when you land.

04 · The Work

The four pillars of the work.

Four movements across four days: clear what's stored, build the man, walk toward God, keep the brotherhood.

Pillar 01

Clearing What's in the Way

You can't think your way around what the body is still holding. The grief you swallowed. The rage you've called "fine" for twenty years. The shame that whispers underneath every win.

Through somatic work, primal release, and breath, we move what's been frozen. Not to rehash the past — to free the man who's still stuck inside it.

Pillar 02

Building the Man

Strength is built in friction, not comfort. You'll be challenged physically, mentally, and relationally — through ice, sauna, movement, and confrontation with other men who won't let you hide.

You don't need to be in elite shape. You need to be willing.

Pillar 03

Walking the Path

This is the spiritual core of the work. Silent walks. Contemplative practice. Not adding another routine — removing what's in the way of a clear line to God.

For the man who's hungry for God but tired of religion or spirituality-as-performance, this is where it gets real.

Pillar 04

Brotherhood & Integration

You'll leave with men in your phone you can call at 2 a.m. — the kind of bond that doesn't form on a Zoom call.

We close with a clear integration plan, so the work doesn't dissolve the moment you're back in the airport.

05 · Daily Rhythm

What a day looks like.

How each day is built — from silence at dawn to the fire at night.

Mornings

Set the Body

Start in silence. Cold plunge, sauna, breath, movement — setting the body and mind for the day ahead.

Mid-Day

The Deep Work

Where the real work lives. Workshops, somatic practice, and integration in pairs and groups.

Afternoons

Play & Challenge

The day opens up. Sport, nature, embodiment — the kind of fun that reminds you you're still alive.

Evenings

The Fire

Council, story, brotherhood. The conversations that change men.

A full daily flow will be sent to confirmed attendees.

06 · Facilitators

The men holding the room.

Two men who've done their own work, holding the container for yours.

Somatic coach, speaker & creator of the Embodied Entrepreneur.

I spent years chasing the next level — semi-pro soccer, then the corporate track, then personal development as its own kind of hustle. Disciplined, driven, and quietly running on empty. What changed me wasn't another strategy. It was learning to feel what I'd spent my whole life bracing against.

Now I help high-performing men do the same: put the controller down, clear what the body's been holding, and lead from something deeper than drive. I've coached thousands of men and led retreats around the world — this is the room where it goes deepest.

10 · FAQ

Before you apply.

The straight answers to what most men ask first.

The man who's already on the path and ready to go deeper. You don't need to be "spiritual" in any specific tradition. You do need to be open to something bigger than yourself.
No. You need to be willing. Some elements are physical. None of them require you to be an athlete.
Many of the men who attend haven't. The container is built to meet you where you are.
No. Full participation is required. The work depends on the integrity of the group, and breaking the container affects every man in it. If your schedule can't hold all four days, this isn't the right round.
Online work builds the foundation. This retreat is where the foundation gets tested, expanded, and embodied in a way that screens cannot replicate.
Non-refundable deposit — balance refundable up to 7 days before the retreat.
